No pro-rating on snow days.

Snow days will follow the Dowagiac School closings and will be posted on WNDU16, WSBT22, ABC57, and on Facebook.

• ONE snow day a year is figured into tuition

The studio will communicate with parents & dancers through e-mail, Facebook and phone texts for any updates.​

Minimum of 5 dancers required to carry class. Otherwise, classes may be combined or canceled.

The tuition price remains the same each month regardless of the number of weeks. All instances, including Holidays, have been factored into pricing.

Dancer/Parent may be banned from the Studio at any time for inappropriate behavior. (See complete rules regarding Parent & Dancer conduct.)

• Unlimited pricing may NOT be combined with Class & Dancer Discounts.

• Family Unlimited & Multiple Dancer Discount requires members to be of immediate family ONLY and living in the same household.

• Multiple Class & Family Discounts may be combined with standard Tuition enrollment.

AGREEMENT STATEMENTS

• Parent/Guardian gives consent for the student to be photographed without compensation, for use in media, our website, publications, and other promotional materials. Minors will not be identified on the website.

• Registration is not complete unless registration fees and tuition is paid in full.

• Parent/Guardian is responsible for all tuition fees, tights, shoes, etc.

• The dance instructor will be notified in sufficient time of my child’s absence.

• Refunds will not be given for missed classes. 

• $35 NSF fee will be applied to all returned checks.

• I understand that dancing and dance-related activities present a risk of injury to the participant. I understand that there is an inherent risk of injury that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injury. I agree to assume that risk by allowing my child to participate in these activities with Miss Michele & Co. I further acknowledge that the participant is in good health and does not have any history of a medical or physical condition that would place the participant at risk due to the participant’s medical or physical condition. I do hereby release and forever discharge Miss Michele & Co., their predecessors and successors, employees, agents and assigns, and all other persons, corporations, and entities from all claims, expenses, attorney fees, and causes of action or suits of any kind or nature associated with the participant’s involvement with activities through Miss Michele & Co. I further hereby give permission for any and all medical attention to be administered to my child in the event of an accident, injury, sickness, etc., under the direction of the physician(s) listed below or at any necessary emergency facility, until such time as I may be contacted. I also assume the responsibility for the payment of any such treatment. This release is effective for a period of one year from the date of active registration.

• I understand that all communications regarding dance classes will be sent via e-mail and also posted on Miss Michele & Co. Facebook page.

• By registering for class(es), I agree to the above Miss Michele & Co policies and statements and will abide by them.
